Johan Zuidema is Senior Manager Formulation & Process Development at Innocore, where he has contributed since 2009 in roles spanning Technology and Process Development. Since 2014, he has led multidisciplinary teams in developing long-acting injectable drug delivery systems. Previous, he had over a decade of experience in R&D management at Polyganics, Johan brings extensive expertise in biodegradable polymers and medical device innovation.
