# Bart-Jan Korteling

Bart-Jan joined Innocore as Chief Operating Officer in February 2025 to lead pharmaceutical development projects and to lead the charge on operational excellence. With a strong background in Medical Technology Research and Product development, he has successfully led innovative projects on the intersection of med-tech and pharma and managed complex operations. Most recently, he was Site Director and VP Research & Product Development at Polyganics (now Regenity Biosciences). He has held other executive posts at Alvimedica and Cordis.
