# Aiva Simaite

Manager PMO

Aiva Simaite joined InnoCore as a Project Manager in 2022 bringing extensive research experience in polymer applications in medical devices and pharmaceutical products. Prior to joining InnoCore, she worked as a polymer scientist and R&D and Project Manager in two medical device startups, InoCure and Medicem. She was also a Senior Research Associate at the Illinois Institute of Technology. She holds a PhD in Micro-Nanofabrication
